There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to the marketing of a business. The goals, and budgets, are as varied as the businesses themselves.

Being a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency, we meet with the client at the beginning of our relationship to crystallize those goals and then move forward accordingly.
If the client feels we have a "good fit" with their vision for themselves, we move on to the next step: making specific recommendations based on Richards & Lord's assessment of the client's strengths, weaknesses, and current market positioning.
Some clients will require a lot of public relations support at the beginning to start the positioning process, followed by an advertising plan to secure and maintain that position.
Others will need immediate development or revamping of an advertising program. In that case, Richards & Lord analyzes the various trade, local, and online publications and social media sites to determine which are best suited for the client. Once that determination has been made, Richards & Lord implements and coordinates ad planning and placement.
Finally, other companies may simply require our Public Relations services to assist them in what they are already doing.
Once the advertising, marketing, and public relations goals and plans are agreed upon, the client is given a comprehensive plan, including a timeline for execution.
Richards & Lord is involved to the degree that works best -- whether it be taking over complete management of the suggested program, or working as a consultant to those in-house. Either way, we are at the client's service, assisting them in the marketing plan that was developed together.
